Yes, all Accesa employees (CIM) attending Tech in Motion will be accommodated at the Hotel Golden Tulip Ana Dome or Hotel Royal Classic. More info will be available in a timely fashion prior to the conference.

The Tech in Motion conference will take place on 18th June, at Cluj Innovation Park or CREIC, in Cluj-Napoca. The event will start at 10:30 and a detailed schedule is available in the Agenda section.

At this time, the conference is an in-person event only. However, selected sessions may be recorded and made available to attendees after the event.

Yes, your registration includes complimentary brunch, snacks and a coffee break.

As usual, the event will wrap up with a relaxed networking session designed to help you connect with fellow attendees in a more informal setting. Enjoy music, light refreshments, and open discussions on key topics from the day. It will be a great way to unwind, share insights, and build lasting connections.

Be sure to fill out the registration form on our homepage, then check the bus schedule and pick-up location so your ride goes smoothly on the Logistics page. Also. if you're using your car, there is parking available at the location. For the Accesa employees accommodated at one of the hotels, the pickup location will be at the hotel. The hotel allocations will be provided in a timely fashion prior to the conference.

The hotel is on us if you're travelling to Cluj-Napoca and are an Accesa employee (CIM). Please complete the registration form and we'll handle the rest for you.

Please check the Logistics section on our website for more details about reimbursement, including the documents you need to send and the deadlines. In line with our sustainability objectives, we encourage the use of public transportation whenever possible, in order to reduce the carbon footprint generated by individual travel.

No, we don't have a plus one option. The event is dedicated only to our team and our guests.

First, be sure to bookmark your digital ticket, which will be received by email on June 12th, and have it ready to show at the entrance. When you arrive at Tech in Motion, at Cluj Innovation Park (CREIC), our team will greet you and provide your badge on the spot.

There is no need to create a separate travel ticket. Travel arrangements are handled centrally based on your registration. Please make sure you provide accurate details in the registration form (arrival/departure dates, transport option). If you have already created a travel/delegation ticket (e.g. for a multi-day stay), please mention this in your registration.

All Accesa Non-CIM procedures also apply for Tech in Motion.
